The purpose of these General Terms of Use (GTU) is to define the conditions under which the User can benefit from the Service provided by the Site.

If c-jacomincoaching were to be the subject of an amicable or judicial procedure as a result of your use of the Site, it may turn against you to obtain compensation for all damages, sums, convictions and costs that may result from this procedure.

The User acknowledges that the information and advice contained on the Site cannot substitute for the advice and consultations of a qualified professional in the medical, paramedical or other regulated profession.

 

Article 9 – Management of personal data

In France, personal data are protected by law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995 and more recently the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, (commonly known as “General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR”).

However, Corine Jacomin does not have the possibility to check the content of the sites thus visited and therefore declines any responsibility for this fact as to the possible risks of illegal content.

The User of the Site is strictly prohibited from setting up any hypertext links to all or part of the Site, unless prior and written authorization from the publisher, requested by email at the following address: contact@c-jacomincoaching.com.

C-jacomincoaching is free to refuse this authorization without having to justify its decision in any way. In the case where the publisher grants its authorization, it is in any case only temporary and may be withdrawn at any time, without obligation of justification on the part of the publisher.
